Tribute for Stacy Sue Sloas Kiser: Malone Funeral Home

Stacy Sue Sloas Kiser, 38, of Grayson went to be with her Lord and Savior Thursday September 17, 2020 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington, KY.

Stacy was born July 6, 1982 a daughter of Linda Sloas of Willard and Edward (Charlene) Sloas of Grayson. Stacy was preceded in death by a baby sister, Sonya Lynn Sloas, maternal grandmother, Nancy Bea Marshall; maternal grandparents, Samuel Estill and Florence Sloas; mother in-law, Jamie Sue Hall; and a brother in-law, Elijah Seth Hall.


Stacy was a beautician at Teresa’s Hair Salon with April Caudill and Teresa O’Bryan who were like her sisters. Stacy also worked as a substitute teacher for the Carter County School System. Stacy was a very passionate East Carter Football Mom, always cheering and ringing her cowbell for her sons #56 and #9. Stacy was loved by everyone and known for her beautiful smile.

In addition to her parents Stacy is survived by her loving husband of 18 years, Joshua Lee Kiser; her two sons, Bryson Kiser and Braydon Kiser; a brother, Jeremy (Jeanie) Sloas; nieces and nephews, Brooklyn (Jacob) Burton, Abby Sloas, Claire Elizabeth Kirk, Jayda Kelly, Draven Kelly, Ainsley Kelly and Finley Kelly; a great niece who was her pride and joy, Nora Bae Burton; sister in-law, Maria (Ashton) Kirk; brother in-law, Zachary (Carly) Kelly; maternal grandfather, Clayton Marshall, Sr.; grandfather in-law, J.R. Elam; her aunt and uncle (her second mother and father), Ishmael and Brenda Kelley; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends who all mourn her passing.


Funeral services will be 1 pm Wednesday September 23, 2020 at the East Carter High School Football Field with Bro. David Boggs and Bro. Bradley Cotten officiating. Burial will follow in the Marshall Family Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-9 pm Tuesday at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service at the football field.
