Grayson: Black Lives Matter Protest (Photo Gallery Two – 23 photos)

Protesters participating in the Black Lives Matter protest Sunday, August 2, 2020 spent several minutes cleaning a monument/statue at the old Carter County courthouse before taking their mission to the sidewalk along Main Street, stopping in front of the county’s Justice Center building. Counter protesters often taunted the group along the way, with several verbal exchanges and confrontations once they stopped at the corner of Main and Hord Street.
