Commercial Bank of Grayson: Operational Return May 26, 2020

Ladies and Gentlemen: We will enter the next phase of the bank’s operational return from our Emergency Pandemic Period next Tuesday, May 26, 2020.

All Commercial Bank lobbies will be open to assist clients.

We will continue to maintain modest customer traffic to ensure proper social distancing by continuing to welcome clients as they arrive.

We ask for your patience during those times when we are at capacity and request you wait before the next available representative is available.

I encourage you to call ahead and make an appointment as you seek assistance with the opening of a loan or deposit account, or to request guidance concerning your existing accounts.

Our goal is minimizing the potential risk to our employees and clients. We have placed Plexiglas in our lobbies and offices. Our outstanding custodial staff are properly sterilizing our customer service areas throughout the business day.

It remains an honor to work with a dedicated group of fellow employees who care about each other and about each of you. We thank you for your continued business. Please be safe – we ‘ re one day closer to a return to normal.

Sincerely, Mark D. Strother, President/ CEO Commercial Bank of Grayson
